Unrush — Privacy Policy

The short version

Unrush does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. Your tasks, check-ins, and capacity data stay on your device. We have no servers, no analytics, and no tracking.

What data Unrush stores

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:

Your daily capacity check-ins (Full, Half, Survival)
Tasks you create (text, effort level, timing, recurrence)
Daily notes you write (stored with each day's record)
Reminder preferences (notification times and toggles)
Onboarding completion status
Widget display data (capacity, top task, completed count — stored in a shared on-device container)

This data never leaves your device. We cannot access it.

What we do NOT collect

No personal information (name, email, phone number)
No usage analytics or telemetry
No location data
No advertising identifiers
No crash reports sent to us
No cookies or web tracking

Subscriptions

Unrush+ subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Subscription management (including cancellation) is handled through your Apple ID settings.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Unrush schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are not sent through any external server. Notification preferences are stored locally and can be disabled at any time in the app or in your device's Settings.

Third-party services

Unrush does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The only external service involved is Apple's StoreKit for subscription processing, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

Unrush does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, no special provisions are needed.

Data deletion

Since all data is stored on your device, deleting the Unrush app will permanently remove all your data. There is nothing to request from us — we never had it.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change our privacy practices, we will update this page and the effective date above. Since our philosophy is to keep your data yours, we don't anticipate significant changes.
